ABOUT TRIBUNJ
Tribunj is a village and a municipality in Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia. One of the most recognizable parts of Tribunj is the church of St Nicholas and its old cemetery located on a hill of the same name.
Tribunj has two local beaches with a third one located in the nearby Sovlje.
The longest beach is Bristak, easily accessed if you take a walk to the east from the marina, behind the Sv. Nikola pier. Its pebble shoal attracts many visitors and is especially interesting to the children. The offer is completed by restaurants and bars serving refreshments.
West of the marina, under the Sv. Nikola hill you can find the Zamalin beach, which is considered the favourite city beach. The pine forest and the gentle mistral allow for a carefree day in the open.
Tribunj is located in central Dalmatia and in its vicinity there are numerous localities worth visiting. Excursions to the National Parks of Kornati and Krka and to the towns of Sibenik and Zadar, which abound in the historical and cultural heritage of this region, are definitely the activities that you need to consider during your holiday period.
The geographic position of Tribunj allows its visitors to enjoy various activities. You can take a light stroll or a bike ride to tour the picturesque Tribunj hinterland and Olive Paths that will take you through vineyards and olive groves encircled with drystone walls and traditional farmer's houses called bunje.
